Ticket Purchase

Ticket Validity:

• Tickets purchased are valid only for the specific event, date, and time as indicated on the ticket.

Ticket Transferability:

• Tickets are non-transferable. The original purchaser is solely responsible for the ticket and its use.

Ticket Resale:

• Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited. Any resale of tickets may result in their cancellation.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will only be issued for events that are canceled by the event organizer.

Refund Request:

• To request a refund, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the event start time. No Exchanges: Tickets cannot be exchanged for a different date, time, or event.

Event Attendance

Attendee Limits:

• The number of attendees must not exceed the number of tickets purchased.

Age Restrictions:

• Tickets marked as "Adult" or "Child" are valid only for individuals within the specified age group.

Event Rules:

• Attendees must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the event organizer. This includes, but is not limited to, dress codes, bag policies, and prohibited items.

Liability

Event Organizer Liability:

• Book Event Now is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred by attendees at the event.

Force Majeure:

• Book Event Now is not responsible for any cancellations, postponements, or modifications to events due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, acts of God, or other events beyond our control. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
